MSEA CEO Mr. Henry Rithaa joined Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs Development Dr. Wycliffe Oparanya, EGH, Principal Secretaries Susan Mang’eni, CBS and Patrick Kilemi and CEOs of State Agencies under the Ministry during an induction retreat of the Senate Standing Committee on Trade, Industrialization, and Tourism.
The engagement provided Senate members with valuable insights into MSEA’s critical role in empowering MSEs through formalization, job creation, upskilling, and market linkages. Discussions also covered the progress of flagship projects aligned with the #BETA priority value chains and the productivity of MSME clusters.
Through such engagements, MSEA continues to strengthen policy frameworks that foster a conducive business environment for MSEs nationwide.
