Ms. Gladys Hugo is a strategic and results-driven finance and audit executive with over 19 years of progressive experience in accounting, audit, risk governance, and financial management across banking, dairy sector, Non-Governmental Organizations, and public sector. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Administration & Accounting) from Daystar University, and has completed a Strategic Leadership Development Program from the Kenya School of Government. A Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, she has a proven record of strengthening governance frameworks, implementing risk-based audits, advising boards on compliance and accountability, and driving organizational transformation through robust internal controls, strategic resource utilization, and transparent financial practices.
